2948 Problem

To all my valued retailers and clients, I have noticed some of your are complaining that 2948 sometimes not working and sometimes down. Please note that I as your sub-dealer is not and LoadCentral is not in control of this issue. You may use our Backup Loadcentral Access numbers (CLICK HERE TO VIEW) in case that our 2948 vanity number has a problem.

Cubizone has adjusted their discounts to the trade effective February 15. We still have available stock based on the old rates but as soon as we order new inventory, we will revise our pass-on rates accordingly.

How to get your transaction reports

You can only generate a Transaction Report in the webtool

1.Go to the Loadcentral Webtool and login with your account





2. Scroll down and see the "Sales Transaction Report" . Then Select the desired format/file of the report. Either HTML or EXCEL . (EXCEL format is used to store the REPORT in your computer, HTML format is to temporarily view the REPORT)

3. Select the Starting Date and Ending Date desired that will be generated



4. Click on "Generate Sales Transaction Report" and wait for it to be generated.

How to resend ePins

If you have sold a ePin to a customer these cases occurred:

1. The ePin/s did not arrive in the customer's cellphone but your LC balance has been credited


2. The ePin has been sent to the customer's cellphone BUT the customer accidentally deleted the message.

You can resend the PIN by texting:

RESEND <Password> <Buyer's #>

and sending to the Loadcentral Access #s

For Smart, Talk 'n Text, Red Mobile and Sun subscribers, you can use the Vanity Number: 2948 to send SMS load commands free of charge, but sometimes it is quite unstable and becomes offline. If 2948 becomes unstable/erratic, please revert back to the access numbers indicated above which are always online.

2948 is not available to Globe and Touch Mobile subscribers.

How to sell load

HOW TO SELL USING YOUR CELLPHONE:

HOW TO SELL USING WEBTOOL:

   Retailer accesses loadCentral URL (http://webtool.LoadCentral.com.ph) and login his Usemame (mobile number) and Password. Then the retailer click arrow of the product code.*Always put a 63 instead of 0 as the pre-fix of your mobile number

Weblock feature

All users of the LoadCentral web tool who have registered a mobile number as their account can deny any unauthorized access by simply sending a text message to LoadCentral access numbers. This is particularly useful for accounts that have no static IP addresses and are currently set on dynamic IP. At the end of the day, a dealer, sub-dealer or retailer can lock his web tool so even if the username and password were compromised, nobody will be able to access the account thru the web. Periodic changing of password is still a good practice though.

 

You Can lock your webtool by texting:

LOCK <Password>

and sending to the Loadcentral Access #s




You can Unlock your webtool by:

UNLOCK <Password>

and sending to the Loadcentral Access #s

How to Send Payment for Loadwallet via SmartMoney
1. Go directly to “SMART MENU” then select “SMART MONEY”.
2. Select “TRANSFER” then “OTHERS”.
3. Enter Smart Money Card No. 5299-6716-2524-7116
4. “TRANFER FROM” will appear, and then press OK.
5. Select the account you enrolled, and then enter the amount you wish to transfer.
6. Enter your w-pin. A confirmation message will appear.
7. You will receive a SMS message confirming the transfer. Please take note of the Date/Time , Reference #
